We are a European cloud migration consulting practice, built to help companies regain practical control over where their data lives and how their infrastructure operates.
Our story
Cirran started from a simple observation: European companies were increasingly concerned about their cloud dependency, but the market offered them either high-level strategy reports or low-level technical services. Nobody was doing both.
We created Cirran to fill that gap. We combine the strategic clarity of a consulting engagement with the engineering capacity to actually execute the migration. Our clients do not just get recommendations. They get a working, EU-based cloud environment and a team that stays until everything runs smoothly.

Our team operates under SOC 2 and HIPAA, with ISO 27001-aligned practices. We have delivered infrastructure and migration work in regulated industries including healthcare, financial services, and government-adjacent organizations, where data handling is not optional, it is audited.
We work across AWS, Azure, and GCP, and have operational experience with the European providers our clients actually move to: OVHcloud, Scaleway, Hetzner, and STACKIT. We know their strengths, their limitations, and how to match the right provider to your workload.

Founder & Managing Director
Michał founded Cirran after spending over a decade in compliance-driven engineering across cloud infrastructure, data, and security. He saw first-hand how European companies were struggling with cloud dependency. His background spans infrastructure architecture, regulated environments, and hands-on migration execution.
He leads every engagement personally, from the initial conversation through migration delivery. His philosophy is straightforward: give clients honest advice, do the work properly, and never recommend a migration that does not make business sense.
